My story

Why do I like films? / What have I done so far?
What is my future goal? / Do I have any other interests?

1. Childhood - High School

Since childhood, I've been drawn to the magic of movies, often renting them from local shops or catching them at the cinema with my dad as a break from studying. Movies became my escape during tough times, filling me with renewed energy and relief.

My passion for films grew, leading me to join the TAMA Film Forum Executive Committee in high school, where I explored various aspects of film production, distribution, and exhibition. During cultural festivals, I delved into film production, earning recognition for our work "Piece" at the "Film Worldcup for high school students 2018."

2. Production in the university

In university, I delved into cultural representation theory, with a focus on media studies, examining the societal impact of cinema. After attending film school, my graduation project "The Show Ends Twice" garnered acclaim at 11 film festivals across 7 countries. Currently, my latest work "Message" is undergoing review at film festivals worldwide.

3. Marketing in the university

Alongside my studies, I interned at a video production and advertising company, gaining experience in directing advertising videos, managing YouTube channels, and supporting creators. Presently, I'm on a year-long exchange program at the University of Otago in New Zealand, studying media and Spanish. I aim to continue creating captivating films and bringing them to audiences worldwide. Ultimately, my dream is to work in Hollywood, collaborating with the industry's finest.

4.Other personal information

Besides filmmaking, I've been playing tennis since elementary school, even captaining the university club in 2022. Currently, I'm part of the University of Otago tennis club, fostering international connections through sports.

I've always had a passion for international exchange, participating in programs in Shanghai, Taiwan, Tasmania, and Malaysia during high school. Despite COVID-19 challenges, I embarked on a language study program in Dubai during my university years, embracing diverse cultures and experiences. These encounters have fueled my desire for a career with a global focus.
